פשיטא כתב לזה וכתב לזה היינו דכי אתא רב דימי אמר דייתיקי מבטלת דייתיקי כתב וזיכה לזה כתב וזיכה לזה רב אמר ראשון קנה ושמואל אמר שני קנה
